Lorraine Davidson is an approved qualitative researcher who has worked alongside global consumer goods manufacturers, supermarkets and high-street retailers alike. She specialises in moderation, analysis and interpretation of insights to understand the customer and shopper journey. Lorraine has experience of numerous categories, gaining valuable customer insights & feedback, both directly with clients and in collaboration with large research organisations, as a valued team player.
Methodologies range from focus groups and in-depth interviews - online, telephone and face-to-face, in-home visits and shop-alongs. She is also trained on static and mobile eye tracking, capturing in-the-moment feedback on website navigation and consumer online shopping behaviour.
